We are a professional manufacturer of inductors, common-mode inductors and filters equipped with automated production lines. Our product portfolio includes molded inductors, drum core inductors, EE/UU core inductors, toroidal inductors and common-mode filters, with custom development available.

Our production starts with IQC inspection of raw materials. Magnetic cores, enameled wires, alloy magnetic powder, terminals and other materials undergo rigorous screening prior to warehousing to prevent non-conforming materials from entering production. Fully automatic winding machines precisely form coils to tightly control winding turns and wire arrangement. Lead processing, spot welding and tin dipping follow to ensure reliable solder joints. Molded inductors are packaged via high-pressure compression molding with alloy magnetic powder; wound products go through vacuum impregnation and curing to improve insulation and noise reduction.

Subsequent processes include automatic lead trimming and forming, laser marking, and 100% electrical testing of finished products. Key parameters such as inductance, DCR, saturation current and withstanding voltage are verified, supplemented by AOI visual inspection. Products are supplied in tape-and-reel or box packaging, with FQC sampling inspection before warehousing.

Batch sampling reliability tests covering high-low temperature, temperature-humidity cycling, reflow soldering and vibration are performed. All products comply with RoHS standards and serve applications including power supplies, industrial control and new energy. Samples, datasheets and relevant test reports can be provided upon request.
